I am Christina Swain a local realtor specializing in older homes with character.  I established my business in 2001.  Years ago I purchased an old historic home circa 1690.  The character and charm drew me to the home.  It needed updating and remodeling and I felt called to take on the project.  As a realtor, I felt called to restore the home while making it more functional for today's standards.  I honestly feel that I am the keeper of this home and part of it's history.  

I love to entertain and my door is always open I tell my neighbors.  I am proud to be part of my community and to own this piece of history.   Owning an old home, is a labor of love.
